Navy blue lace dress

Navy blue lace dress by Madison Leigh in size 20W. Slip on dress with zipper and hook & eye closure in back. Sleeves are 3/4 length with bow ties (see photos). Thin navy underlay for whole dress except the sleeves (can see skin beneath the lace sleeves. There is a small area near the bottom that has a slight gathering. This can probably be fixed/pulled flat, but I am not savvy with sewing or anything so I didn’t try to fix.
