Navy blue knit dress?

I bought this when I was closer to a size 8. I’m a size 4 now. It’s been comfortable and form fitting at every size. Had it altered by a friend (you can see they did a whatever job) to make the straps shorter. Low back. Frayed bottom edge but doesn’t unravel. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on it. It’s just time to retire it, is all. 13.5-20” pit to pit, 32.5” top to bottom. Can be taken back out to be longer, as you can see in the photo.
