NWT. Lovely flowing style with wide leg pants and very flattering twist knot at waist which is very upscale Very versatile. Packable. No wrinkling. This could easily be worn to a wedding with a fancy jacket or out to dinner. Very versatile. Some of the pictures came out gray but it is a true navy blue. Sleeve covers the very top of arm. V is not plunging.
