Navy blue high low top with layered look

This top gives a casual yet unique look! It’s great for warm weather and has a layered look. The back has iridescent buttons added for flair with a split back consisting of a flowy white translucent fabric. This was bought at a Nordstrom store. Has great stretch and retains color well in wash.
