Navy blue high low dress

Collared dress with button up look in skirt but only really buttons from waist up. Stretchy soft material. Waist has elastic sewn in. Hem is a hi low hem. Some discoloration in armpit area that is not really noticeable on. This is a used item and may show signs of wear. I do my best to describe the actual condition of all items I list.
