Navy blue floral top with necktie

Adorable dark blue blouse with neck tie. I love the floral pattern on this, it’s so gorgeous. Great preowned condition, still looks almost new. Technically this is a petite size, but I think it fits just like a normal small (I’m 5’6” with a long torso)
