Navy blue fall dress w. a beige belt

This dress is perfect for the fall or in the winter with tights! The neck is loose and the arms are slightly ruffled. The overall fit of the dress is 'loosely' snug - if that makes sense. It conforms to your body but in a very comfortable fashion. The belt is meant for all sizes (no holes). I bought it separately (also from Forever 21), but am selling it together because they pair really well together.
