Navy blue dress with lace back Victoria's Secret

This dress is navy blue (not bright blue like in 2nd pic, I had the flash on so you can see the beautiful detail better but it's not a bright blue dress) the back has beautiful lace. This dress has never been worn but the tags have been taken off
