Navy blue dress (size XS)

Cute XS short dress with nice pattern on the dress. Purchased from Francesca’s and wore it to one wedding. Never altered. Fits nice on the top and flowy at the bottom. I’m size 4 so this no longer fits me. I wear a size B34 bra and it fits perfectly. I’m 5’0 125lbs.
