Navy blue dress paired w/yellow jacket

Dress was purchased for daughter's career day and she wore once with the jacket. The dress is MPH and the jacket is Jones Studio. The dress is labeled large but it's not!! My daughter is 5'5 about 175 pounds and it was snug on her curves. I would say it's a medium. The jacket is a small but fits roomy and she was still able to wear it.
