Navy blue dress

This is a navy blue dress. The material is see through so it would just require a slip under it. There are button on the front that go all the way down that are just for show. It is a small but it is a little long so it would be great on someone taller than me (I'm only 5'2"). This dress is brand new. The original tag isn't on it because I got it as a gift but it has never been worn before.
