Navy blue corduroy Rusty (surf brand🏄) mini skirt

Rare- couldn't find others like it. Closest was a $30-50 retail Roxy skirt. Navy blue, not black. Has pockets, but very unique side closure with zip and button at left hip. Waist 14.5", 15"side seam length, 14" in middle front length.
