Navy blue cocktail dress

Navy blue cocktail dress perfect for weddings or any event. Knee length ( approximately 42”). Has snap enclosure on the inside of the shoulder to keep bra straps from sliding—see last photo. No zippers to deal with, dress pulls over the head. Front gatherings add special character along with the permanently attached black sequencing. Fits true to size 12. Care instructions say Dry clean only
