Navy blue cocktail dress

Navy blue cocktail dress with rhinestone appliqué. Draped bottom. "New vintage" Y2K 2000's millennial. The dress has a sheer overlay of navy fabric over a lining. Sheer straps. Built in cups, so no need for an annoying strapless bra! Perfect for a wedding or other semi formal event. Goes great with silver jewelry! The tag says medium, but I couldn't get it zipped all the way (I'm a size 8) and the bust measures just barely 26", so it's best for someone closer to a size 2 or 4.
