Navy blue cocktail dress

Adorable Navy blue cocktail dress with off-white empire waist ribbon. Dress is from Macy's, size 7 Juniors. I wear about a 6/8 now in most clothes and it still fits me. I am 5'3" and a 36C bust. I am in the Army and really have no use for it. Paid $55.00 four years ago... Worn once for a Military Ball.
