Navy blue button down tied blouse.

I purchased this at Nordstrom‘s a couple of years ago. I took the tag out as it was itchy. It is a size medium. It fits very nicely. I use it as a work blouse as well as going out at night in it. Very functional well cared for gently used and has no marks, scuffs.
