Navy blue and white dress by Hatley

This a t-shirt style dress that is on the more casual side but can be dressed with white pumps or dressy sandals. It is very comfortable as there is stretch to the fabric. Sleeves are 3/4 length with cuff detail. Left sleeve has gold Hatley star.
