Outer material is 100% cotton and inner lining is 85% polyester and 15% cotton. Brand is Cherokee and marked a size XL in girl's. I would suggest for a small in women's which is why I'm listing it as that. Please check measurements listed below to make sure it fits the way you'd like. Flaw: tiny thread pull line near bottom edge. Measures 13 inches at the waist (26 inches but it does stretch), hips are 21 inches (42 inches) and it is 15 inches long.
