Navy blue Soprano one shoulder drape dress

This silk like dress is timeless and classic. It's draped style and the ruching is very flattering and would be a great dress for any formal occasion! As the tag states it was purchased "previously altered" from Nordstrom Rack. As a previous employee, I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the dress.
