Navy blue 2-piece dress

This dress is by far one of my favorites! It’s a 2-piece with a slight high-low on the skirt (which is great if you can never find a dress to cover your butt, like myself) I normally wear a 11-12 in most dresses. However, with this 2-piece I got a 9 so it would stay in place and not fall of my hips. This dress has only been worn once and is in amazing condition!
