Navy beaded summer dress

Lucky brand dress with gold beads at neckline. Dress has a flowy shape and side pockets. The waist has a thin elastic with a small tie. Unstretched, the waist measures 26” around and for reference my waist is 28” and I’m a b cup and wear a size 4 dress.
