Navy and white striped tunic-length women’s top

Navy shirt with thin white stripes. The fitted sleeves hit just before the elbow. The main part of the shirt is oversized/flowy and is long, hitting the upper thigh are. There are a couple of very small holes on the lower front of the shirt. Very soft, comfy fabric that is thicker quality material.
