Navy and white striped top

GUC navy and white striped top with black detail in middle of bust. I hand repaired a splitting seam under the bust area. Approx. flat unstretched measurements: Bust (armpit-to-armpit): 20.5” Waist (side-to-side): 18.5” Length (shoulder-to-bottom hem): 23.25” Asian size 4X, fits more like a 1X or 2X. Go by measurements above.
