Navy and white polka dot chiffon dress from DB by Dressbarn

Navy blue chiffon dress, fully lined. Small white polka dot pattern, front pleats, functional fabric buttons, cap sleeve, tie at waist. Size 6, hits just below the knee on me (I’m 5 ft 4). Perfect lightweight dress for summer or with a cardigan in cooler weather. Could be a casual dress for brunch or work, or can be easily dressed up. Perfect condition and has only been worn once.
