Navy and White Striped V-Neck Dress or Tunic

This dress is in perfect condition and has never been worn, just tried on in-store. NWT. It is lightweight, so it could easily be a Swimsuit coverup or a casual summer dress. I typically wear XL but wanted a little bit of an oversized look. It is a loose fit, but could be belted if you want to accentuate your waist. So versatile! Last pic is a msmt of the side slit. Slits are on both sides.
