Navy and White Striped Tote Bag

Navy and white striped vinyl tote bag. Measures 10 1/2”x 18”x 4” with a 9” strap drop. Interior is not lined. Good for a wet swimsuit or towel. A few small scuffs and loop that holds the bag closed needs to be stretched out a bit, which should be fine after it gets used a little. I don’t think this bag has ever been used.
