Navy and Teal Chevron Knee Length Dress - 2X

This is a beautiful dress chevron dress. It is lined in navy blue and the top chevron layer is a sheer material. The sleeves are sheer with elastic at the ends. Adorable with a denim jacket and accent necklace or belt! It has been well loved. There are a couple of runs in the sheer fabric (pictured up close) but they are not noticeable from a distance.
