Navy and Off White Eyelet Blouse Medium

Navy and Off White Blouse is covered with eyelets. it's so fun!! I know the tag says L. but there is no chance this is a large. This is a medium top. It's got a slightly cropped fit. I see it with some light blue jean cutoffs in the summer with a lemonade and good company. I have no idea what the brand is, the little tag that says "L" is the only one on this top.
