Navy and Green Striped Fit and Flare Dress

Navy blue and green stripes. Hits a few inches above the knee. Has pockets! Very comfortable. Can be fun and flirty but also professional. Size XS but fits like a M. I am 5’4, 135 LBS and usually wear a 4-6. It’s in perfect condition.
