Navy and Black Striped Mini Dress

Navy and Black Striped Mini Dress. Chic mini dress with bold navy and black stripes. Flowy sleeves and flattering fit. Perfect for any occasion. There’s multiple layers to this dress. The top has a sort of bra area with separate straps. The straps are sewn to the flutter sleeves. The flutter sleeves are open on the bottom and sewn together in one corner. Raw hem cuts for the sleeves and skirt bottom. The skirt is very flowy and swingy. Super unique design. There are no tags but I think the dress is probably y2k vintage. Very soft stretchy material. Size is equivalent to a small. Bra area measures 12” flat but stretches to about 16”. Part right before skirt starts stretches to about 15” across. Overall good vintage condition. Some wear on corners. See last photos. tiny holes on back inside of bra probably where the tag was removed. Ask any questions!
