Navy Windsor Gown

Navy blue wrap gown from Windsor. Size small. I have two of these dresses, one was worn once to my military ball, the other is NWT. Nothing was altered, I am 5’3 with 5” heels on and a 34C for reference. Perfect for any formal event. Price set for NWT dress.
