Navy & White striped shorts romper

SO CUTE!! Love this romper! Super comfortable and great material. Light weight. Perfect for summer. Can be worn off the shoulder or up on the shoulder. Top band is stretchy elastic to keep in place. The sleeves are three quarter length and flowy. The perfect fit that looks cute while still shaping nicely. This is a size small and I’m 5’4” 138lbs size 4/6/S.
