Super cute! Navy and white stripes Pull on Elastic waist Paper bag look waist Tie sash belt Cuffed hem Lightweight This would be so great with a white cropped tee and Keds! Sorry don't know what brand these are. I noticed there was a bit of stuffing from the belt coming out in the back, but it tucked right back in. There is a tiny area where the seam came undone. I am not sure if it needs to be sewn - it might stay in place.
