Navy Vest/Tank w/ Front Tie

This cute top can be worn in several ways. You can wear it as a tank, or, you can use it as a vest and layer it with other clothing. Also, though the bottom is tied in a knot as pictured, it doesn’t have to be! You can wear the vest buttoned all the way down to your liking. All buttons are in shape, and this top has been lightly worn so there are no blemishes.
