Navy Velour sailor dress

Beautiful navy velour fabric with white accents. This is a quality dress by Goodlad of Philadelphia in a toddler girl size 3. Only flaw noted is the white ribbon at the bottom of the dress is starting to ruffle a bit. Not noticeable unless up very close. Stored in a smoke free, cat friendly home. Bundle to save.
