Navy Striped + Colorful Abstract Racerback Dress

This dress is so different and beautiful! Cotton blend navy & white striped racer back top and vibrant abstract printed polyester bottom that has a silky touch. Worn twice and I adore this dress but it no longer fits, in excellent condition. Can be worn with or without a belt. Great quality, made in USA purchased at Lord & Taylor.
