Navy Silk Flutter Sleeve Dress

This dress is 100% luxurious navy blue silk. Gun metal gray sequins and beading in front and back. Keyhole neckline. Fluttery sleeves with nice movement. Ties in back. 2 small spots noted as in photos above. Difficult to notice otherwise. I bought this dress at a high end local boutique - I can’t remember the designer, because I cut out the tag. 😳 Also missing the size tag, but I think it’s a medium. I can take measurements if you’d like, just ask! Perfect for holiday or NYE! Worn once.
