I dyed this shearling coat Navy and in the process it shrank from about a size 8 to a size 2-4. I tried to stretch it while it was wet and ripped it in a few places. Surprisingly the shearling and leather does not seem ruined by this process. It’s a little stiff, but seems to be loosening up with conditioner and brushing. I’m basically giving this away this as-is to someone who wants to try to rescue it or use it for parts. It’s just too small for me.
