Navy Sequin Formal Dress

First two images are stock photos. My mother wore this beautiful navy sequin dress just once for my wedding and she looked lovely. We paid $250 for it brand new (not including the belt). Comes with attached belt (professionally sewn on) that could be removed if you choose. No flaws. Beautiful sequins and very sparkly, but not too much for a mom. Emma Street dress size chart states that size 18= Bust: 44.5 Waist: 37.5 Hip: 47.5 For reference my mom is 5’9” tall and wore a slight heel.
