Navy School Uniform Catholic Interlochen Camp Skirt

Women’s Skirt size 8 worn by 16 year old, hemmed legnth and width wise. The measurements are now 16” at the waist and about 14” length wise. Could be hemmed again, wore for Interlochen summer camp. Ask any questions ALSO: it is a size 8, and Lands End sells numeric sizing, but I said I had a medium to reach more buyers.
