Navy Rayon Patterned Dress with Red Belt

Super cute navy sleeveless dress has a white floral-inspired pattern and peter pan collar. Comes with removable red belt. Waist is elastic. Button closure in back (see photos). The hem hits just above the knee. Brand is Doe & Rae, but was purchased from Ruche. In excellent pre-loved condition. No rips, stains, or wear on dress. Minor wear on inside of belt (see photos). A great summer dress!
