@lilysouth1 Hi! The bust across is 18 inches and has stretch. From the shoulder down is approximately 22 inches. Two items automatically get 25% off when purchased so if you see anything else bundle it together and you'll get the discount when you purchase it. I also do my best to ship out daily.
