Navy Polka Dot Dress

This is a beautiful dress by Ellos from Roaman's. The size is marked "L". I'm a 16 and it was perfect. I wore it on a cruise ship for an hour and sent it to the dry cleaners on the ship! Not worn since. I love it but I don't have occasions to wear it. It needs a happy home! It's very dark navy blue and is knee length with a tie at the waist.
