Navy Polka Dot Dress

This dress is from a local store called Iron Puppy. The color of this dress is a (dark) navy blue with polka dots. It comes with a creamy colored sash that can be tied into a bow on the front or the back of the dress. The dress has 3 buttons at the back of the neck which secures the dress to your body. It has been worn out a few times, however, it is in like-new condition.
