I bought this Navy Pea Coat in Edinburgh from M&S, (Marks & Spencer) a British department store. Fits like an American womens' large. See photos for measurements. Please note - this coat is waterproof, but it does not have a hood. It can be worn tied around the waist or with the tie behind.
