Navy Hippie Shirt with Bell Sleeves

Bought it at Harbin Hot Springs when it was still around! (I bought it from one of the vendors but never wore it.) Brand is In La'kech. Rich navy. Two front buttons, long flared body. Sleeves have flared double ruffle at cuffs. Really pretty. Great for festivals, or as a beach cover-up!
