Navy Halogen high waist pencil skirt with belt tie and pockets size 4

This skirt is adorable and still in very Good condition. It’s a true lighter navy blue the slightest pilling and one small stain on the back that looks worse in the photos in my opinion. The item has been cleaned and would be awesome for work or spring summer. True to size and lined.
