Navy Formal Dress

Navy bridesmaid dress, but could be used for other formal events. Alterations: Only had length cut off the bottom. Wore short heels with it (2 in). I’m 5’4 and to wear this without a heel, I would have to have it altered again. Condition: Worn once. Zippers and clasps in great condition.
