Navy Forever 21 Skater Skirt with Red Bow Belt

- This skirt is so cute and I would love to keep it but I have only worn it once or twice because it’s a little short for me. - Navy color with red belt - 90% polyester and 10% spandex - There is a zipper that goes about halfway down the side - Some minor snags in the fabric on the back of the skirt (see pictures)
