Navy Evening Look: Proenza Pencil skirt and Sandro top

I’ve styled these pieces together because they work sooo well. Proenza Schouler skirt. If you know this brand, you know. Interior lining is 100% silk, so super nice feel on the skin. This silk/ply blue fabric is so hard to photograph. I’ve tried to offer a few perspectives. I wore it to show the way the fabric shines once it’s on the body. It fits me tight, which is why I’m selling. Its a true size 4. Very body-contouring, cut for curves. There’s a slit in the back, which is slightly unstitched and is an easy fix- a $5 tailoring job. It’s a show stopper. Every time I’ve worn it it’s non-stop compliments. Elegant silhouette and beautiful metallic sheen. The Sandro blouse is a mock neck, very beatnick, very Audrey Hepburn. Ribbed navy blue fabric. I’m not sure what fabric actually I cut off the care label. It’s a poly/cotton blend, maybe a bit of wool. But it’s not itchy! Rose embellishment elevates it to very femme. The sleeves are lower then normal t-shirt cut, more like a 3/4 sleeve. So with the pencil skirt, the whole thing gives 50’s glam. Drive Men Mad with this retro set.
